Company Description

Synestè Studio specializes in the production and sale of unique designer furniture and decorations. Our collection includes tables with mineral coatings, stoneware, and ceramic products, which stand out with their minimalist design and raw beauty. We also offer carefully selected vintage pieces that complement our modern products and create harmonious and timeless interiors.

Prices and Currencies

The price of each product is listed, including any discounts or surcharges.

For the Czech version of the website: Prices are in Czech crowns (CZK) and are excluding VAT (we are not VAT payers).
For the English version of the website: Prices are in euros (EUR) and are excluding VAT (we are not VAT payers).

Ordering

Orders are accepted via the website, by phone, by e-mail, via our IG account @syneste.studio, or through the contact form on our website.

Shipping and Packaging

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the goods. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the size and weight of the ordered goods and the delivery location. Within Prague, we offer a trial and pick-up service by prior arrangement at SYNESTE STUDIO, U Studánky 14, Prague 7, or delivery of purchased goods via Lifago courier.

Payment

Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or by credit card in our studio. Once the payment is received, the goods will be dispatched, prepared for shipping, or personal pick-up as agreed.

Returns

Returns of Goods Purchased Online

Goods purchased online can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason. Exceptions include custom-made products (e.g., tables made to order) that cannot be returned after delivery if they meet the agreed specifications. The goods must be returned in the same condition and in the original packaging. The customer bears the cost of return shipping. Upon receiving the returned goods, a full refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method.

Returns of Goods Purchased in the Physical Store

Goods purchased directly from our store cannot be returned without giving a reason. Customers have the opportunity to inspect the goods thoroughly before purchase. Complaints about defective goods are possible under the legal conditions.

Rental of Goods

The renter is responsible for the goods from the moment they leave our premises until they are returned. The goods must be returned in the same condition, otherwise, additional charges will be applied. Renters bear full responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, repair costs, and depreciation.
